Meet Theresa Moss

I have been a network marketer for a couple of years. Before that I was just lost in the vast openess that is the internet, knowing there was tons of money being made, but having NO idea how to cash in.

I saw quickly the power of video and “branding” to be a major factor in me actually having an online business, as opposed to “having a downline” or some generic place in someone’s pyramid. This game wasn’t about gathering numbers of people, but building relationships, You Tube and My Space were the first places I saw People advertising their personalities instead of their products.

You Tube and My Space were very one sided, though, and while it made superstars of a few, it left anyone else who wasn’t “Star Quality” behind, and feeling alone with no one to talk to. Enter Facebook, twitter, linked in…

These were sites where communication was not just a one sided conversation. It seemed now, more people had a chance to network and get to know each other. Still, getting your message out there and having an optimal number of people see it was a challenge. The tribe concept has been a game equalizer. It is no longer necessary to be the one with the biggest advertising budget who gets to be seen. With the concept of small groups encouraging each other to be their best, and shining the spotlight on each other instead of ourselves, we have made it possible for even the most un-polished personality become a valued member of what can be a very competitive place.

I am here for the simple fact that, after 20 years of marraige and motherhood, I finally found something I can do not only for me, but for every other person who longs to be part of something bigger than themselves, and who wants to make a positive impact on other lives, whether it be on a very small scale, or something much, much, larger. The opportunities on the internet are endless, and we are really at the beginning of this phenomenon.

My journey has been slow, like so many others, but what’s crazy is that I keep picking up speed over time, and I am now “Comfortably Cruising” not only towards my goal of a 7 figure income, but also towards a lifestyle designthat I am proud of, knowing that I am in charge of my own future.

Not a boss or a government, but me. I get to decide what I am worth and what kind of life I want to live. In 2010, as my youngest goes to college, Those goals include traveling at will, spending time with friends and family that I always put off before because I was “too busy”, and continuing to grow my wealth and build new long-lasting relationships with people from all over the world. It is truly an exciting time to be alive!

Have a great day! Theresa Moss

What about Don?

Last year in November I began to explore all the avenues of social media marketing. I had a Facebook account and we had set up a Fan page for our business but that was about it. I got stated on Twitter and began to Blog. As I was getting used to Twitter I started following different people and a couple of the ones I followed were putting out some very useful and helpful tips that help me to learn and grow a little quicker. So, I paid closer attention to them and started to follow some of their followers and I noticed this common theme of Tribes kept coming up between them. In December I saw a Blog post for an upcoming webinar on Tribe Syndication and an opportunity to learn more. It was a free webinar so I checked it out.

What I found was a group of people (Tribe) that had a common interest in sharing valuable information to help each other grow and then they went out and promoted each other to all the friends and followers in order to spread the word. It was a group that was all about teaching you to be better at online social media marketing.

They were giving others the skills they acquired and passed it on. I jumped at the chance to get involved and learn from them. In a short few weeks I found myself in a Tribe. I was learning the ins and outs of Blogging, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Content Development and then Syndication. This one concept, Tribe Syndication has shortened my learning curve and sky rocketed my presence on social media. This is a concept that is beginning to catch on and is going to be Huge for me and my business in the next few months. I can only imagine what it will look like at the end of the year.

A few months ago I finally came to the realization that I was going to start a blog. I had put off this concept for over 3 years. Many people would tell me to “Just start one.” “You need a blog to get your message out there.” “There’s a lot of money to be made by blogging.” All good points but I had my doubts.

Could I create a blog and provide enough content to keep readers coming back? How often do I need to keep feeding this blog thing? Do I need a technical degree to set it up? And the biggest question we all face is… How do I get traffic? So many questions… but I finally took the plunge and got a blog started with the help of a few friends.

As I was looking around at many different blogs I realized that some were just empty. There was no life, no energy… no community. I knew that I would face the same issues. How to get traffic? So I figured that if I had these questions, others did as well.

So I reached out to several people and purposed a blogging alliance. I was looking to create a mastermind group of a few people who would comment on each others blog and “buzz” each others content. Social Tribes for content syndication was born.

It was not hard to find a few people who caught the vision and wanted to play ball. They are all over the social media sites. Most of them are busy promoting their own content. However there are a few who seem to be climbing the social sites faster than others.

These are the people I resonated with. For some reason winners attract winners. And that’s the people I wanted to hang around with… winners!

Since the initial conception of the blogging alliance I have seen several benefits come from this team dynamic. Benefits like; Real relationships, lots of exposure to your blog and website, content syndication, rapid learning curve and potential joint ventures. My vision and future is 1000′s of syndication circles all over the world at all times of the day and night.

We have all grown in our knowledge of social media and blogging and the best part… is it’s all free!

Get syndicated today.
