What are You Attracting into Your Life?

Are you grateful today? Do you appreciate the things, the people, the life you have? Are you looking and expecting beautiful things and experiences? It is easy to slip into negative thinking. Most people around us let gratitudecircumstances in their lives bring them down. And guess what! They are going to share the negativity with everyone else including you if you are not careful.  I’m not lecturing. It’s just a reminder. I was reminded of this today as I listened to Wayne Dyer

“It’s never crowded along the extra mile.”

Mr. Dyer speaks of being connected to your source. You could call source, God. By being connected to our source we can attract the things we want into our lives.

“We are like that glass of water taken from the ocean. God is the ocean and I am the glass. I am a glass of God. I’m not as big, not as strong, but always a glass of God, always connected. And it’s only when I’m separate from my source, and attempt to live my life separate from that source that I begin to encounter things called problems.”
Wayne Dyer – “It’s never crowded along the extra mile.”

Gratitude is the Key To What?

While you are separate from your source, you lose all the power of your source. You have the power to negotiate this energy to do incredible things for your self.

Wayne Dyer says there are 3 things you have to do.

1) You have to have recognition of this force. Nothing more than saying to yourself.

“I am open to the idea that there is a force that is greater than I am, to which I am always connected…That is everywhere at once, and no place that it is not. And I would like to just say that it is available to ME.”

You don’t need proof, no confirmation, just an awareness that exists. There is a force that grows the flowers, and beats hearts, and grows hair. There is a force. “I recognize it.” It is also in everything that I want to attract into my life. There is no place that it is not. So I am already connected to what I want to attract into my life.

2) Realization

Rely upon my own experience. Not on someone else telling me what God is, not the written word. Trust in that realization. In your own experience. I have seen it. I have been able to attract into my life. We have our own experiences with God. I now realize it and trust in it.

3) Reverence

You begin to have not only the awareness of this force, but you commune quietly with it. Becominig the identification of what you meditate on. I know there is a force. I trust in my own awareness, and I commune daily with it to allow it to become part of my life.

Gratitude.  The law of Attraction and Manifestation

An awareness of how fortunate I am. Are you looking for the beautiful things in your life. They are there, you just have to plug into them. I fly helicopters. Even though I know the exact aerodynamics and engineering it takes for a helicopter to fly it still amazes me. I get into the cockpit and make it fly, but I realize how much goes into giving me the opportunity to fly such an amazing machine. The maintenance, the engineering, the finances. This machine puts out fires, transports patients, is flown for enjoyment. I have gratitude for all the energy that goes into this amazing machine.

We have choices. There are so many things to be grateful for. It is easy to look around and find negativity and scarcity. Negativity is a lower source of energy. It’s easier to fall into that thinking and hang with those that think like that. Abundance and beauty is everywhere too. We just have to be conscious of it and LOOK FOR IT. It is THERE!
