What is “The Go Giver” philosophy? When it comes to blogging, if I could give you any blogging advice, I would advise to think about your reader first and foremost. Put yourself in their shoes and provide more value than they would ever expect. This will keep them coming back, time and time again. I wanted to share a technique that I’ve been using lately regarding the go giver concept.
What a better way to give back to people in your tribe than to do a video review of their content. This provides tremendous value to the reader, especially since the other blog posts out there provide different tips, a different point of view, and just value in general.
Remember that if you provide 90% value and maybe 10% sales copy, everybody wins. You decide what is valuable for your niche. The 10% sales copy can be a link back to your blog, your product, or your service.
I wanted to introduce two people on this particular blog. The first is Kim Castleberry If you are just getting started with blogging she has some incredible information that nobody else wants to share on setting up your blog through wordpress. She has a wealth of technical information. Check out the video below. And be sure to check out Jan Hill too
While I had a strong background in the technical field coming into the Tribe Syndication Mastery class, I couldn’t have chosen a better class to bring me up to speed, FASTER, in a high-intensive, hands-on manner. I loved the focus on actively applying what we were learning, as the class progressed. I personally need to help push me out of my comfort zone and back into a growth phase.
I’d been stalling, feeling limited because I didnt know how to take my previous leadership & organizational skills, and bring them into the new methods of doing business. I felt handicapped having been raised in a traditional business model, and having ventured into an old-school networking model, and still not having answers! I sought a way that business could be friendly again, and that I didn’t have to be a lone ranger.
Solution
This class gave me both the technical refresher I needed, while showing me what my HEART needed to see.. which was that business success CAN be a team sport.
People from different businesses can work together to assure the success of their teammates. That there is no need for the “hungry eyes” that cause us to lose friends & acquaintences alike.
Whether your in a brick & mortar business, a networking business or an internet business, you’ve GOT to check this out if you want to accelerate into the new business model.
I love the hands on elements that assured that I didn’t put this class in a folder on my PC and forget about it! The things I have accomplished in the 60 days since starting this class are nothing short of amazing.
Now I have a clear picture of how I can apply my technical skills, to helping others, in this fast-paced social environment, without compromising on my own integrity. I also now have the skills, when added to my technical background, to help others just getting started. You can’t ask for better results than that!
