March 9th, 2010 by Nick Logan

It Starts Here

How To Start Writing a Blog?  We all understand the power of your own personal branded blog that provides valuable content, where people want to come back day in and day out.  That all sounds great but what do I talk about every day?  One thing to consider is how passionate you are about a subject.  I’m going to provide some very useful tips on exactly how to find blogging content for your passion, and your blogging niche.

Make Money Blogging?

Many people are coming to realize that they can make money blogging about and talking about things they enjoy talking about on a regular basis.  If you are looking to use a blog as a retirement vehicle, it’s important to realize a few things.  A blog is like a garden.  The seeds need to be planted, they garden needs to be tended to on a regular basis.

Your blog has to be cared for, nurtured, and cultivated.  In other words if you want to make money blogging, it is a marathon, not a “get rich quick” sprint.

If you feel you have obstacles overcoming adversity in your life, you have to see this interview.  Not only can adversity can be a spring board, but we can learn to be grateful for the obstacles that have helped shaped us to be the person we are today and in the future.

Lyn-Dee Eldridge CPC, CPMC

I was lucky enough to recently make the acquaintance of an extremely dynamic person.  Her name is Lyn-Dee Eldridge.  She is the author of several books including “Tears of Fears Behind Closed Doors”, and Lyn-Dee is also a co-author of “42 Rules of effective Connections”.  She has another book going to print as we speak called “Direct Selling Power- Expert advice to accelerate your business” that she is also a co-author of. All that while working on her series of inspiration called the “Lyn-Dee-izm series.”

During the interview I asked Lyn-Dee to share a little about her back ground.  I was shocked to hear how much she has accomplished, and how much she has been through to get where she is at.  She has always had the mindset of helping people.

She revealed that her  friends and acquaintances would be magnetically drawn to her to share their challenges and their problems.  Yet none of them really knew what was going on behind closed doors in her own life.  You have to see this!  Very Powerful.  Continue Reading

What is your Own Personal Legend?

February 2nd, 2010 by Nick Logan

What is Your Personal Legend?
I was watching a web interview with Gary Vaynerchuk.  Gary V. is the author of “CRUSH IT”, Why Now Is The Time To Cash In on Your Passion.  I finished the end of the book and immediately started over on page 1.  We live in an era of unmatched opportunity.  Gary V. is an evangelist for being authentic, harnessing and monetizing your passion, and hustle.  Not hustle in the terms of a scam artist, but hustle in the terms of working your butt off to accomplish what you were truly meant to do.

In this web interview with Gary V.  was asked, “How do I find my passion?”  He simply said “I have no idea.”  It was evident by some of the questions popping up that people were looking for a step by step approach to accomplish their dreams.  Gary V. does give some valuable tips on using the online tools available to us in “CRUSH IT.”  But the real value comes from a shift in mindset.  Gary V. has built of a $60 million dollar business by reinventing the long perceived path to success.
