If you feel you have obstacles overcoming adversity in your life, you have to see this interview. Not only can adversity can be a spring board, but we can learn to be grateful for the obstacles that have helped shaped us to be the person we are today and in the future.
I was lucky enough to recently make the acquaintance of an extremely dynamic person. Her name is Lyn-Dee Eldridge. She is the author of several books including “Tears of Fears Behind Closed Doors”, and Lyn-Dee is also a co-author of “42 Rules of effective Connections”. She has another book going to print as we speak called “Direct Selling Power- Expert advice to accelerate your business” that she is also a co-author of. All that while working on her series of inspiration called the “Lyn-Dee-izm series.”
During the interview I asked Lyn-Dee to share a little about her back ground. I was shocked to hear how much she has accomplished, and how much she has been through to get where she is at. She has always had the mindset of helping people.
She revealed that her friends and acquaintances would be magnetically drawn to her to share their challenges and their problems. Yet none of them really knew what was going on behind closed doors in her own life. You have to see this! Very Powerful.
“You should never hold any grudges for anything that has happened to you in the past…good, bad, or indifferent, because it helped you become the person that you are today, and who you are going to become tomorrow.”
Today Lyn-Dee still looks to get inspired. She looks for like minded people to surround herself with. As Lyn-Dee would say, she surrounds her self with people who are “Doing the do.” She is all about “helping people put their puzzle together” in their personal and their business lives.
She revealed that she is not looking for the almighty dollar. Lyn-Dee has been at the very bottom and worked very hard to create the very successful life style that she has today. Although money can make life a little easier, it’s easy to find other things to stress about. She understands that money comes when you live your passion. She recommends looking for ways of how you can make a change in other peoples lives.
Adversity and overcoming obstacles can lead to some great things. Tragedies or Blessings will come and go in your life.
“…you have to be able to be opened minded, to accept new things, to accept new ventures…throw out what you don’t want…accept it and move forward with what you do want. In today’s modern world with the internet, it’s incredible what you can accomplish and the people you can connect with..so having that open mind set and enjoying knowledge…throwing away what you don’t want, and keeping what you do want and growing.“
VERY POWERFUL…
Lyn-Dee touches on the economy (in the next video)
Obstacles, challenges, failures, and even tragedy helps shape you into the person you are today and will be in the future. Overcoming obstacles is empowering. I’ve found Lyn-Dee Eldridge inspiring and I hope you enjoy the rest of the interview.

I love the reminder to: “throw out what you don’t want…accept it and move forward with what you do want.” So, so true if we want to move from where we are to where we want to be in life. Thanks!
Take care,
Becca
I agree 100% We all have faced challenges and tragedies. This is a healthy reminder to move forward and embrace how those experiences have shaped our lives. Thanks Becca.

Nick,
It’s great that your getting out there and interviewing other leaders to provide us with such value. I like that she talks about finding your passion and the rest will come. When we focus on the right things in life, the rest follows.

It’s so true. Being able to live your passion seems so foreign to so many people unfortunately. I have to admit it took me a while to figure that out, but I’m so glad I finally did. Everyone has the opportunity with the connections that can be made through the internet when done right. My vision is that more and more people start realizing there passion and start living their passion.
Hey Nick! Great interview! I immediately noticed Lyn-Dee’s spark in the community as well. I was lucky enough to speak with Lyn-Dee for an hour and a half last week and I was blown away by what an amazing person she is. It is not only the challenges that she has overcome in her life (which are impressive) but how she has lived her life even while dealing with horrific circumstances. I’m sure we will all see a lot more from Lyn-Dee in the future. She is definitely a person to watch!
Thanks for sharing your interview!

Excellent interview. It’s a great way for people to really get to know each other. Lyn-Dee has so much to share, and it’s a real blessing to have her working with us. Thanks for bringing her out here, Nick, to remind us that adversity is just a stepping stone to success.

Completely my pleasure! I will take you up on your offer…
This was the most inspiring interview I have seen. Maybe it is because Lyn hit my soul. We come from the same place and I share my stories like she does.
Lyn – keep on sending the message out. Keep on helping the people you meet.
You may never know the growth and changes of those you encounter, but believe me, you are a powerful honest woman that comes from the heart.
When I was looking at this video all I could say was “hey, that’s me!” Isn’t it a wonderful thing when you have a negative in your life and learn from it and move on. It makes you a warrior; strong and powerful to pass that message on.
O.K. Don’t want to write a book here. But This Interview alone can help so many people. You are blessed Lyn, keep on going. BRAVO!
Donna Merrill
You can write as much as you want Donna. I love that it added so much value to your day. That’s what this whole thing is all about. The true connections, the learning, the relationships…It’s incredible isn’t it?
What a great interview, thanks to both of you!
